In a bid to expand the Avondale complex and provide the Area with a much sought after lifestyle  centre the Client provided a brief for a destination centre with a skew towards health and fitness.  The centre is to provide A gym, Medical rooms, Supermarket, Food Outlets, Health Spa and Saloon
